Enter Blue Waters, a beautiful private three storey clapboard beach house, situated minutes walk from the prestigious Llandudno Bay offering wonderfully secluded, white, sandy beaches. Blue Waters provides luxurious holiday accommodation with 3 en suite double bedrooms, pool and superb sea views, suitable for film shoots, the executive or as an exclusive family destination.

The property is on three floors with the open plan reception housed on the top, offering uninterrupted views over the beach, with exposed white washed beams and floor to ceiling sliding windows opening on to the travertine tiled terrace for easy indoor/outdoor living. With over 80 Sq m of private outside terraces Blue Waters is perfect for Al fresco dining or sipping a sunset cocktail whilst you listen to the crash of the waves on the shore.

Furnishings include cream sofas, rattan lamps and side tables, concealed lighting with dimmers and a Jetmaster fireplace completes the picture. The indoor diningroom features a limewashed Bali style table with 6 rattan lime washed chairs. The outdoor dining area on the terrace can seat 10 people next to the built in gas BBQ. The state of the art S/S and hand painted kitchen houses a butchers block and breakfast stools, double electric fan oven plus gas stove, combination grill and microwave plus top of the range dishwasher. All floors and tops are in travertine and creme de la creme marble.

On the ground floor are 3 luxury en-suite double bedrooms with Beechwood flooring leading to airy bathrooms with marble vanities and travertine floors. All are equipped with ample built in hand painted lattice cupboards. Crisp white linen and towels are provided for each room. Each bedroom leads on to a covered terrace overlooking the pool with stairs down to the garden with sunbathing terrace, sun loungers, cushions, plus an outside BBQ area.

Phantom Acres is situated on the western slopes of Table Mountain in the amphitheatre formed by Table Mountain, the Twelve Apostles and the Constantiaberg.
Facing North it is constantly bathed in sunshine.

Phantom Acres derives its name from the panoramic view uninterrupted up to where the mountains reach the sky.

Phantom Acres eastern boundary is alongside the Orangekloof Nature Reserve creating the feel of uninhabited Africa yet being close to the village of Hout Bay and the city of Cape Town with her vast selection of attractions.

Phantom's prime self-catering accommodation is the Pool House, alongside the pool. The North facing double storey house with breathtaking views over the Nature Reserve from its upstairs lounge and sundeck has three double bedrooms all with twin beds and en-suite showers and plenty of cupboards to make life comfortable. The large sitting room is sunny and cosy to relax in to watch television or read a book. The Main Bedroom and Lounge lead onto the sundeck overlooking the pool. The well-equipped yellowwood kitchen, with dishwasher washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and indoor garden, is downstairs leading onto the enclosed patio with a large fireplace/binnebraai entertainment area.

Our large cottage is designed in an open plan, free-flowing style with a modern, fully appointed marble topped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms.
